Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
Damaged or used items
Items returned after the 14-day window
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at nyonilastone@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions once your request is approved.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days and can be used on any future purchase at GulaVinthu.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at nyonilastone@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full store credit at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Situations We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
